She was seeking a tummy tuck or abdominoplasty. During the procedure we directly removed excess abdominal skin and fat, and also tightened the abdominal wall. Tightening the abdominal wall pulls in the abdomen (seen best on side view pictures) and corrects any bulge or diastasis that resulted from having children. Some liposuction in conjunction with the tummy tuck in the flanks or "love handle" area.
