I wanted to tell you how happy I have been with my surgery. I do wish though that I had done this years ago. It has raised my self-esteem and confidence higher than I could have ever imagined. It feels wonderful to put a top on and not have to worry which "Wonder Bra" will work. Or buying a swimsuit and finding out that when its wet and you bend over what little you have shows completely, and the suit stays tucked in a drawer never to be worn again, until now! You can wear them all, and when I bend over a beautiful 36D cleavage shows and stays tucked into a perfect fitting swimsuit top or bra. I used to keep the light out and never looked for more than 2 seconds at my breast in the mirror. I can't stop looking at them now! (I am sure that obsession will wear off in time) I can wear top's I never dreamed of and going braless was never an option now it is, and I love it. So often when going to a medical office we are made to feel like cattle being herded in and out, hardly knowing what or who is talking to you. Then trying to make sense out of what was said. Your professionalism, and personality combined with the relaxed atmosphere and care in making sure I was totally informed and aware of all my options was extremely comforting. Never a complaint when I called back numerous times with repeated questions. You and your staff enabled me to make the right choices.  I can tell a great effort went into the selection of your staff, they enjoy what they do and truly care.  It shows that you truly are concerned about all of your patients and their needs.  Undergoing a life changing surgery, even one that can be for the positive can be a very stressful event. Having such an encouraging and friendly group of individuals around you for support certainly eases the nervous tension.  Every time I called or arrived at the office everyone, yourself included was always so pleasant and smiling, making sure I was always informed and comfortable. I believe you and your staff truly care.

It's obvious your medical field of choice was to make a difference in peoples lives; you have done that for me.
