BREAST REDUCTION

"I'm writing in regards to my daughter Allison who had surgery on June 30th, 2000. I think you need to know about your staff. Starting with our regular check up at Dr. Windle's office. I had to do some major checking up on Medical Mutual to get the process going. I kept talking with Amy from Dr. Windle's office who never got upset with me for as many times as I had to call and have her either call Medical Mutual or send something to them. She should be commended for her patience. Then of course Dr. Windle was great! There are three staff members I would also like to mention. Dr. Ontel, Deb Boyle and Theresa Webster. I can't say enough good things about them. Theresa stayed by my daughter's side every moment. Allison had some complications with her blood pressure. All three staff members were very focused on the situation. I know they were supposed to go home at 4:30. But due to difficulties they did not finish working with Allison until 5:30. You would have never known they were supposed to be done at 4:30. They were friendly, compassionate and very professional. In today's world it is nice to have people like this that care about their job and patients."
