Neck lifts can make a big change. This woman did not like her appearance especially in photographs from the side. Her problem is essentially the neck. A liposuction procedure would not have given very good results because most of the problem is loose muscles. Therefore a neck lift using small or short facelift like incisions allowed access to tighten to muscles and get a pleasing result as seen here.
